Few things are as important in life than the ability to respond to an emergency and offer help to someone undergoing a cardiac crisis. That’s exactly what our Basic Life Support Program is designed to give you. Whether you’re looking to simply equip yourself with these skills for personal reasons, or gaining a credential to satisfy an employer’s CPR or first aid requirement, this program will offer you the highest quality of basic CPR training.

This four contact hour, one day American Heart Association class provides health care providers with basic cardiac life support (BLS) instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children and infants, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Included are adult, infant and child chain of survival; importance of calling 9-1-1; initial signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest; techniques of adult, child and infant CPR; circulation, airway and breathing (CAB); rescue techniques for choking adults, infants and children, automated external defibrillators; combining CPR and defibrillation; legal and ethical issues.
